Hey!
Thanks for stopping by. My name is Becca and I’m a photographer based in Toronto, Ontario. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been captivated by the world around me and am driven by the desire to uncover and capture the beauty in everyday moments.
My passion began in my high school days, when I took photography as an elective and my teacher assigned us the "alphabet project". For those who don’t know, this consisted of us having to go on our own scavenger hunts and photograph every letter of our name using different shapes and perspectives from everyday items such as wheels, bricks, light posts, architectural curves, household items, trees and more.
This assignment was the catalyst that sparked my curiosity and passion for photography and design, as it allowed me to look deeper into the world around me, reflect on my surroundings and uncover beauty in unexpected places. Since then, I’ve been on the lookout for eye-catching elements everywhere I go, and have enjoyed sharing my perspective of the world, including people, products, landscapes and more.
Most of my inspiration is drawn from both the city I call home and the natural world. From a young age, I was always fascinated by the energy and diversity of big cities, and as I’ve grown older and started travelling more, I have developed a new passion for exploring and seeing all that the world has to offer. I am especially intrigued by intriguing architecture, leading lines, reflections, and exaggerating perspectives with wide angle shots. From highlighting the intricate details of a bustling city street, showing off a product I love or the serene beauty of a remote wilderness, I love capturing it all.
I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting projects, so if you're interested in working together, don't be shy and drop me a message! Let’s bring our visions to life together.
